Chapter 2
Scene: Inside Kelly's. A waitress came over and they both ordered a hot
chocolate.
Teresa: "I have no idea how I got to this so-called restaurant."
Juan: "Tryin to ditch someone and you got lost."
"How'd you know?"
"It happened to me before when I first moved here."
"Who were you dodging?"
"That's not really important." I don't want to tell her I was hiding from
the police. She'd think I was a juvenile delinquent. I need friends who like
me for me not cause I'm Emily's boyfriend.
"So how long have you been living here in Port Charles?"
"For about a couple of months."
"So how is this town?? More importantly how are the people?"
"The people are generally nice, except for some."
"(With an interested look on her face) Like who??"
"I'll let you decide that for yourself."
The waitress came over with two hot chocolates. Juan sipped to early and
realized why the drink is called hot chocolate. Her started panting with
his tongue out of his mouth fanning his tongue.
"Hot huh??"
"(Out of breath)Yeah. Don't think I'm some kind of goofball, because of this
incident cause I'm not."
"I won't. If you don't tell anyone about my rain obsession."
They both started busting out laughing. When they died down, they both got
sort of nervous. They both didn't want the conversation to end but they just
met and they didn't know what to say? They didn't want to make a bad
impression.
Teresa decided to make the first move,
"So what school do you go to around here?"
"I am going to Port Charles High. You?"
"(sarcastic tone) I'm lucky enough to go to a private school. Cause my dad
loves me so much!!"
"(Laughing) Lo siento."
"It's not your fault. I've learned to deal with it"
They spent 15-20 more minutes just talking. Suddenly Juan realized that he
was a half-hour late for his date with Emily.
"I am so sorry for cutting this short. But I am late for..should i tell
her i have a girlfriend?? Of course, she wont mind were just friends....my
date with my girlfriend. Its nice meeting you though."
Nice meeting you too," she said as Juan ran out the door.
5 minutes later Juan showed up at the Q mansion. Emily was already outside
waiting for him.
