She began acting in classes at the Beverly Hills Studio until discovered by a manager. Then she landed roles in movies like Krippendorf's Tribe and Gia.
"I never wanted to be an actress," Mila tells a reporter. "After learning to speak English my dad had heard of the Beverly Hills Studio in L.A. and enrolled me in some acting classes just for fun."
She has a tutor on the set of the show blah blah blah.
Her acting heros are Jodie Foster and Tom Hanks (I love him too) but has said she wants to go to the Academy Awards with Bruce Willis and Leo Dicaprio. Yech.
Is Mila like Jackie? "Jackie is quite precocious, spoiled, very, very controlling... I knew a girl like that in junior high school. But Mila is pretty much a tom-boy who likes to dress in sweats all the time and quite frankly not so boy crazy. I'm not even ready to have a boyfriend at 15. Boys are too annoying at this age and I do not have time for them now anyway."
