Here are a few background notes I made on me, Jessie and Meowth
(I'll add some personal descriptions later).
Jessie
You know, it's strange... Although Jessie considers herself the leader of our group, I actually don't know much about her past. I do know that she wasn't as well off as I was, as a child... Actually, I think her parents might've been a bit hard up; I remember her mentioning that ate snow for dinner when she was a kid! She didn't think anything of it, though; she said it's good for her figure, but I don't know... (I've also heard that Jessie's mother was a member of Team Rocket, and had worked for the Boss's mom!)
Another piece of information I've found out about Jessie's past is that she trained to be a Nurse Joy at one point; unfortunately, she enrolled at a school for nurses who were Pokemon! I do know she befriended a Chansey there, who later evolved into a Blissey.
James (Me again...)
As for my past... I am the only child of very wealthy parents (my pet Growlie had a large mansion for a doghouse!). Unfortunately, I was forced to run away from home at a very young age, because my parents had me engaged to a horrible girl named Jessibell. It was so awful; she was always trying to change me, and correct my manners! I ran into her again some time ago, after my parents tried to trick me into getting my inheritance. She chased me around the house with a whip, and sicced her Vileplume on me! Fortunately, I managed to get away again; I realized my friends and my freedom were far more important than any inheritance. Unfortunately, I had to leave my faithful pet dog Growlie behind, so he could watch over my parents for me.
Meowth
Meowth used to be the favourite Pokemon of the Boss, but fell out of favour, and was replaced by a Persian (the evolved form of Meowth).
Meowth has also had a very interesting past... He has the gift of speech (rare in Pokemon), which he learned in hopes of trying to impress a female Meowth named Mewsie. He thought acting more human would make her like him; he even learned to walk on his hind legs for her! Unfortunately, she still rejected him, and called him a freak. Poor Meowth! There is also another downside in his learning how to talk; because he had devoted all his energy to this ability, Meowth can't perform any of the more effective attacks, like Pay Day. Oh, well... You can't have everything, I suppose.
You know, now that I think about it, we all seem to be outcasts... Me, Jessie, Meowth. But, then again... At least we have each other.
On to... Rose
