This page is my tribute to one of the BBC's recent comedy hits, Game On.

Game On is a popular cult BBC TV comedy series about three twenty-something flat mates who are invariably gagging for it! The three flat mates are Game On for life. Mandy played by Samantha Janus is the clever sexy female who is constantly on the look out for Mr. Right who will want her for her mind as well as her body! Matt played by Neil Stuke is a self obsessed agoraphobic (house-bound) whose favourite pastime is tormenting Martin and fantasising about SEX! Martin, played by Matthew Cottle, is the ginger haired bank clerk. Martin is obsessed by his ex-girlfriend Clare and it has become so bad in the flat that Mandy and Matt have started up a Clare Box - like a Swear Box but somehow bigger! Every time Matthew speaks of Clare in front of the other two, he is forced to put 50p in the Clare Box!

A production of Hat Trick Productions, the first series of Game On appeared on British Television screens in 1995. The first series of six episodes ran from February 1995 to April 1995 and was followed in September 1996 by a second series of six episodes which ran through to October 1996. The third and last series was shown in 1998 between January and February and is currently enjoying re-runs on BBC TV. Filming for a fourth series is planned for 1999.

The Game On Desktop Theme is my tribute to this cult BBC TV sitcom of the 90's. The Theme features themed start-up and shutdown screens, 800x600 hi-colour desktop wallpaper, animated cursor set and new desktop icons. Also included are new windows sounds chosen from the show to accompany the windows events. Full installation instructions are provided in a Read.Me file and the whole theme is available in a convenient zip file to download.

If you don't have a copy of Microsoft Plus! help is at hand in the form of Desktop Themes, a shareware desktop theme manager published by Jonathan Potter at Left Side Software. Click on to get your copy.
