Comedy: wherefore art thou?

Ok I am the first to admit I am a little harsh on Tim.
But DAAS was soooo good. The two others have managed to keep such a high profile too.
There is still some DAAS left in both Richard and Paul and they have both managed to not loose touch with comedy.
It's not the case with Tim.
Sure it might have been a tough crowd.
Admittedly 14 year old are not going to be interested in politcal satire but a few good jokes and it may have been an interesting interview
It wasn't.
Tim, to me, appeared whinny, pathetic and desperate.
There was a lot of appealing to the crowd but even 14 year olds have some idea of what is worth a laugh.
And as Australians we are not the kindest of audiences.
To put it bluntly... Tim died.
No personality. No zest. No life.
No bloody way.
