Episode 29: Heroine of the Battlefield

• Count Townsend: He was in charge of the military installation where they 'captured' Heero & Quatre.  In actuality he simply just let them go when he was supposed to hand them over to Romefeller for execution.

Episode 30: The Reunion with Relena

• 'Blue' : I don't know what this guy's name was, but Heero was under his command when he decided to fight with the Treize faction against Romefeller's New Oz. 
• 'Commander':   This guy also wasn't identified but he was the Oz commander, in fact he was the one directing the troops against the Treize faction during the battle.  (And a real jerk too.  He didn't evacuate the town because 'we'd have to destroy this nation anyway. Because the mayor had refused to provide man power because they were now declared pacifists.')

Episode 31: The Glass Kingdom

• 'Captain': This is the leader of the Treize Faction forces that Oz is after.  This is only one portion of the large number of Treize Faction members.  They were being chased ruthlessly until they retreated into the Sanc Kingdom, giving Romefeller reason to start a battle in the pacifist nation. 

Episode 32: The God of Death Meets Zero

• Lt. Trant Clark: Pretty much a pilot that went rogue, or AWOL.  Opposed to Col. Tubarov's beliefs that the mobile dolls are all that is required for victory, Trant believes that the Zero System enchances human consciousness.  He intends to prove this to Tubarov and thus be advanced from his currently lowly position of Technical Officer.  Unfortunately, he's unable to control the Zero System and he goes completely insane before he is killed. 

Episode 33: The Lonely Battlefield

• 'Scarecrow 5' - the leader of a small band of mobile suits sent to blow up the Wing Zero mobile suit.  He's destroyed by Zechs.
