In the unlikely possibility you haven't seen the entire series yet... be warned Spoilers abound...
Treize Kushrenada is the leader in a new era of military warfare. As the head & founder of the Oz Specials Division he welds great power over the destiny of man. By his side is his loyal aide & agent, Lady Une. Treize is a powerful leader who has the ability to sway the hearts of the people as well as the world leaders. His elegance & amazing talent draw respect and popularity to him easily. He has a deep seated love for nature and especially for Earth, his home. He takes on the position as World Sovereign to protect Earth in the latter half of the series, where he will ultimately loose his life, hoping to acquire peace once again for Earth & the colonies.
Treize is a very chivalrous warrior, highly skilled in fencing. He dueled with Wufei, who lost, but Treize decided against killing the pilot and let him go. He is shown to be interested in the 'finer' things in life and attends operas, it's likely he's a fan of classical music and ballroom dancing.
The charismatic leader is also a trained pilot. While GW only shows him piloting two mobile suits in the series, one a land Leo and the other his mobile suit Tallgeese II, it's likely he also piloted the other MS he built, the Epyon. He is in blatant opposition of the mobile doll system and tries to slow down the production of them, believing man should not be taken out of war. Otherwise wars become meaningless and heartless.
He takes to heart every single person who's died in battle defending him or his ideals, and it seems he's memorized their names although I couldn't be too sure of that. I read somewhere he had a photographic memory, this might be possible. While dueling Wufei the second time in their mobile suits he asks Lady Une for the death count. She tells him "99,822 people have died for him total. 105 in the present battle and 82 white fang soldiers.."(not an exact quote). Then he begins to recite a seemingly alphabetized list of their names. Right after this, he charges Wufei, who responds automatically to defend himself and puts his weapon through Treize's suit. Seconds later, it explodes, the World Sovereign dies and Lady Une announces the surrender of the World Nation to White Fang leaving the final battle for the Gundam Pilots to finish.
