Chapter 55: More Trouble
Mike walks down a hall of the hospital, and sees his sister pacing around.
Mike: Hey, Sally.
Sally: Hi, Mike.
Mike: You still haven't told Henry yet, have you?
Sally shakes her head.
Mike: You know you're going to have to do it sooner or later.
Sally: I know, but… he's going to be so mad. I lied to him about… a few things.
Mike: Well, if you need something, just let me know.
Sally: I will… Mike, I want to thank you for going with me to that old witch's
mansion.
Mike: Sally, you're my sister, I'm not going to let anything bad happen to or my
nephew.
Sally: *smiles* Thank you.
Sonny appears, as if from nowhere.
Sally: Sonny, hi.
Sonny: Sally, I have to warn you about something… You're not going to like
this.
Sally: Sonny, what happened?
Sonny: Well, Carly… Caroline, whatever, went to see your son and let it slip to
him that he was a Cassadine.
Sally: She WHAT? What gives her the right?
Sonny: Sally, she didn't know he didn't know.
Sally: What was she doing talking to him, anyway?
Sonny: I'm not exactly sure, but at least she said something.
Sally: *shrugs* Well… looks like I'm gonna have to face the music now.
Mike: Would you like me to come with?
Sally: No. I have to do this by myself. Thanks, though.
Sally turns around and heads for Henry's name.
Mike: So, you and Brenda ready for the big day?
Sonny: *smiles* Couldn't be more ready.

Sally opens the door and looks at her son.
Sally: Hello.
Henry: Mom… I've been waiting for you.
Sally can feel his eyes burn into you.
Sally: I guess you have,
Henry: Mom, would you like to explain to me how the hell I can be a Cassadine?
Sally: This is going to take awhile to explain.
Henry: Well, I have a LOT of time, so why don't you start.
Sally: Stefan Cassadine is your father.
Henry: Stefan Cassadine? You've known my father was here for…
Sally: No! I didn't recognize him at first, it took awhile. As a matter of
fact, I didn't know he was your father until the day you were kidnapped.
Henry: You didn't know?
Sally: Years ago, I met your father in Europe. Remember that family I told you
I was staying with?
Henry: The Richards.
Sally: Well, while I was staying with them, I met Stefan, only we were both
using different names. We… (She didn't want to dwell on this part) well it was
a one-night-stand, anyway, I found out I was pregnant with you. Helena was
having me tailed. You see, she was having someone watch your father that night,
so they knew about me and then she decided to have me followed. When she found
out I was pregnant with you, she forced me to live with her. I stayed there for
6 years, going to a local university getting my medical degree. Then, I ran
away with you to U.S.A. and changed my name back to Sally Corinthos. We kept
moving from place to place, hoping to loose track of her.
Henry: Oh my God… I remember. I can remember staying at Helena's and that
night… that night we snuck out.
Sally: *nods* I told you not to think about it much.
Henry: Okay, so when you got here and saw Stefan… why the heck didn't you know?
Sally: All I knew is that I slept with her son, I thought Stefan was probably
just his brother. It wasn't until he finally recognized me that I knew for sure
who he was… but I did have some feeling it might have been him.
Henry looked down at the ground, thinking.
Henry: Stefan Cassadine is my father…
In his mind, he pieced all the facts together and it all started to make sense.
Then he looked at his mother and said, "You lied to me.” Sally nodded.
Henry: You looked me strait in the eye and told me that my father was a married
man who had an affair with you and treated you like dirt… you made me think he
was some sort of scum, why?
Sally: So you wouldn't look for him. I didn't want you to remember Helena at
all, or know about her or you might get yourself in danger. If you hated your
father, you would have no interest in finding him and everything would be all
right.
Henry: It obviously wasn't all right, was it?
Sally: Helena kidnapped you to use against Stefan.
Henry: Oh… So what now? Am I still in danger?
Sally: No. Helena Cassadine is dead.
Henry: How? Who killed her?
Sally: Christen… I don't know much about her, but Helena kidnapped her daughter
and poisoned her other one.
Henry sat back in his bed, letting this all sink in. "I'm a Cassadine…"

Alexis saw the door open and Ned step in. She smiles brightly.
Alexis: Ned.
Ned: Hello, beautiful. Where's your father?
Alexis: I told him to get something to eat. He… He explained everything to me.
Ned: About Helena's death?
Alexis: Yeah, and my mother going to jail for it. She shouldn't get prison
time, she should get a medal for what she has done.
Ned: I'll do what I can to help.
Alexis: So… you were there? That night.
Ned: Yes. I wasn't about to let Helena Cassadine take you away from me. So I
went with and did what I could to help…
Alexis: Thanks for helping my parents and… my sister.
It felt weird calling Miranda that.
Ned: No problem… Natasha…
Alexis: No, please, don't call me that. I never want to hear that name again
for as long as I live.
Ned: Yes, I guess this entire situation would be better off put behind us.
Alexis: I agree.
Ned: So, when are you getting out of here?
Alexis: Tonight.
Ned: So soon?
Alexis: I'm healing quite rapidly.
Ned: I'm glad to hear it. You think you'll be ready to go out by Sonny and
Brenda's wedding? I would hate to have to go out alone.
Alexis: You can count on me.

Jason and Carly were back at her apartment, sitting on the couch.
Jason: So, you were going to tell me something.
Carly: What?
Jason: At the hospital… I asked if something happened and you said you'd tell me
later.
Carly: Oh! Yeah… Bobbie came to see me.
Jason: What happened?
Carly: We talked for awhile… we fought most of the time. We didn't exactly come
to an understanding, but Bobbie said that she wasn't going to lose the only
daughter she had.
Jason: So what now?
Carly: I'm not sure. I don't want to hate her anymore, Jason, I'm getting tired
of it. Maybe… maybe I should work on getting along with her.
Jason: Is that what you want?
Carly: Yeah… I think it is.
There was a knock at the door.
Jason: You want me to get it?
Carly: No, I'll get it.
Carly got up and answered the door. She was a little surprised to see who it
was.
Carly: A.J… Hi.
A.J.: Hello, Carly.

Venus was getting out of the shower when she heard the phone ring. She put on a
towel, got out of the bathroom, and answered it.
Venus: Hello?
Jerry: Hello, beautiful.
Venus: Hey, Jerry.
Jerry: You ready?
Venus: Almost. If I'm not ready by the time I get here, I'll meet you at the
bar.
Jerry: All right. See you soon, luv.
Venus: See you soon.
Venus hung up the phone and went into the bedroom to get ready. She finally
found a white dress that fit her perfect. She put on a pair of diamond earrings
and walked out to see a man dressed in black standing there.
Venus: What…
Before she could finish or even react, he pulled out a gun, aimed at her and
pulled the trigger…
