Chapter 19
Lois has tears in her eyes as Ned kisses Brooklyn's forehead. Ned and Brooklyn
part and stare at each other for awhile.
Ned: Wow, you have grown… You certainly don't look like me.
Lois: She has your eyes. She did have my hair, but I let her dye it, it was an
agreement between us. If she got a perfect report card, she could get her hair
dyed.
Brooklyn: Have to say, it was a good agreement.
Ned and Lois laugh.
Brooklyn: Mom, are we staying here with dad?
Lois looks at Ned and then back at Brooklyn.
Lois: We'll see, honey. Let's go home now.
Ned: I have a limo waiting outside for you.
Brooklyn: Wow! A limo?
Ned: Sure do, honey. Let's go.
Ned and Lois walk with Brooklyn following behind.

Stefan: What was that, Katherine?
Katherine: You wish you knew what? I heard you say you wish you knew something,
what?
Stefan: Oh! I was speaking to someone on the phone, he wanted some advice and I
said that I wished I knew what had happened.
Katherine: Oh. Did you know that Luke is having a party tonight? I was invited.
Stefan: Figures I wasn't. You can go, don't let me stop you.
Katherine: If you want, you can come as my guest.
Stefan: No, I can't stand to be in the same room as him without him starting a
fight.
Katherine: Ok then, have it your way.

AT L&L'S HOUSE
Laura: I know you are keeping something from me, Lucky.
Lucky: What would I be keeping from you?
Laura: Something that you would only speak to your father about.
Lucky: It's a guy thing, mom.
Laura: Oh, I see. Well, your father is at the club getting ready for the
surprise party.
Lucky: Oh geez, I forgot all about that! I have to invite Liz!
Laura: Elizabeth Webber?
Lucky: Yeah, I told dad I would invite her and that he didn't have to send an
invitation even though Audrey and Sarah got one.
Lucky runs over to the phone and dials Liz's number. Laura watches him as he
speaks to Liz, he seems so calm, Laura notices. As he hangs up, Laura thinks she
knows what the 'guy' thing is. She smiles at Lucky as he runs upstairs to get
ready for the party.

AT N&L'S GATEHOUSE
Ned, Lois, and Brooklyn walk in. Ned takes Brooklyn and Lois' suitcases and puts
them in their rooms.
Ned: Hope you two got some fancy dresses to wear.
Lois: Why?
Ned: There's a party at Luke's tonight and I am inviting you two along with me.
Brooklyn: First a limo and then a party? You know, I could get used to this!
Brooklyn runs to her room to find a dress. Lois looks at Ned.
Ned: Thank you so much Lois for bringing Brook here.
Lois: I knew it had to be done. She should meet your family, you know.
Ned: No way, I am not letting Tracy back here to meet her.
Lois: Tracy is her grandmother, she needs to know that and Tracy needs to meet
her.
Ned: NEVER, Lois. Now go and get ready.
Lois stares at Ned for a while and then walks to her room to get ready.

AT LUKE'S
Sonny and Robin walk in, Sonny is looking HOT in a tux and Robin looks beautiful
in a little red short dress with a see-through red covering over it, her hair
was up in a bun. Luke sees them, Luke is wearing a tux, he smiles when he sees
them.
Luke: Hey Corinthos, wow Robin, you are looking beautiful.
Robin: Thanks Luke, you look very handsome.
Luke: Why thank you.
The door of Luke's opens and Brenda and Jax walk in, followed by Jerry. Jerry
and Jax were wearing tuxs, Brenda was wearing a long baby blue dress with
spaghetti straps, her hair was up in a bun with two curly strands hanging down.
Sonny and Brenda's eyes meet but they both look away. They all walk over to
Luke, Robin, and Sonny.
Jax: Hey Luke, Robin… Sonny.
Sonny: Hey.
Luke: Hi Jax.
Robin: Hi Jax!
Jax: This is my brother, Jerry.
Jerry steps forward.
Jerry: Nice to meet you all.
Brenda: Hey everyone, Robin you look gorgeous!
Robin: Look who's talking!
They hug.
