Favorite childhood memory: My father was Bahamian and we went there a lot when I was little. All my relatives are there and I have a house there. Now, I go to Duck Quay, a really private little island, whenever I need to find some peace.

Prized possession: My book collection. I started it when I started to read.

Personal heroes: Henry David Thoreau and Mark Twain

People always think I'm: At one point it was Dan Aykroyd, but he's changed considerably, then it was a young Brando.

Nobody knows I: Turned 35 this year.*

I wish I could start: sleeping in. I stopped all the things I want to stop.

If I could do it all over I'd: Have left Canada earlier and come to Mecca

I'd give anything to meet: George Hamilton. I was always a huge Beatles fan.

My fantasy is: I'm living in the Bahamas, fishing, diving, kicking back.

The worst advice my mother ever gave me: "Expect the worst and maybe you'll be surprised."
