Daytime Emmy Awards (May 19/2000)

During a segment dedicated to children's programming, playing clips of children's shows throughout the years, Larger Than Life was played in the background.

General Hospital (May 2/2000)

During the last segment of the show, they played Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely to a montage of the characters' looking all reflective thinking about what they lost.

Homer was being the quiz-master and he was giving a quiz to Lenny and Carl.

Homer: Who is your favourite Backstreet Boy?
Lenny: The rat faced one.
Carl: No, Nick. He's so good to his mother.
Homer: Ok, according to this you're both idiots.

Much Music (March 11/2000)

It was VJ Bill Welychka's last shift at Much Music and he compiled a list of the Top 5 Things he IS NOT Going to Miss at Much Music. Number 5 was Interviewing Boy Bands. Then Bill said except the Moffatts (coz there were Moffatts fans in the studio) and the Backstreet Boys. He said he liked those guys.

2000 Soap Opera Awards (March 10/2000)

For the nominees for "Best Villian," they played If You Want It To Be Good Girl (Get Yourself A Bad Boy) during Craig Wesley's (from Days Of Our Lives) video montage.
