My Comments:
I find the character Paul sort of pitiful in the beginning of the serial, especially after how his disgusting wife Rebecca treats him. Later, as I watched on, I find him and Jackie really cute. In one scene, they went to watch the sunrise in his car. Jackie starts to like him soon after that. She gives him a box full of snacks when she realizes that he doesn't have time to eat. She sneaks into his house and restocks the boxes for him too. Isn't that sweet? But that stupid Paul, being the ultra indescisive sort, is still unsure of their realtionship, even when he knows that Jackie might be dying soon. That's when I was really irritated with him! But luckily, he finally sorted out his thoughts and plucked up enough courage to tell Jackie about his feelings....
Like Gallen, Lawerence always undertake the "baddie" guy roles in the past and he's one of the most hated TVB artistes on my list last time. My opinion of him only changed for the better after recent shows like File of Justice 5, A place of your own and of course Healing Hands. Lawerence is not exactly handsome, he's more of the gentlemanly looking sort, especially with his glasses. On the whole, his protrayal of Paul had left me a deep impression.
