My Comments:
Gilbert is the unluckiest character in the entire serial. Firstly, the first woman (Jackie) he likes doesn't like him, then out of the blue he contracted AIDS because he helped a girl who had met with an accident. He's really magnanimous, he can actually forgive the girl who transmitted the AIDS virus to him and let her be his girlfriend. I think he's really funny too, especially when he's with the busybody Jackie. Can you still remember how Jackie went around telling everyone he's gay initially..haha, I really think they make a funny couple.
I think that William and Ada has the chemistry, don't be mistaken, I mean the chemistry to be buddies, not lovers. I like seeing them together, besides Ada with Lawerence. William's acting skill is quite natural, but I prefer him singing. He has got a magnificent voice, nice and soothing.
