Bravo Dooby Doo!

Johnny, Velma, Shaggy, and the Ghostly Gardener

Fred (Frank Welker), Daphne (Heather North), Velma (B.J. Ward), Shaggy (Casey Kasem) and Scooby (Hadley Kay) meet Johnny Bravo, the cool, macho, and not too intelligent blonde muscle-man on the road. Johnny's car has broken down on his way to his aunt Jezebella's creepy house. Jumping at the idea of another mystery, the gang take him there, to find Johnny's aunt missing, and the house occupied with the Ghostly Gardener. Not puzzling, and only 10 minutes long, but this is easily the best episode I have ever seen. More of a parody than anything else, but still really funny. There is even a musical piece (And it's a good one) during a chase scene. It's all here, and it has a great demasking at the end, involving Don Knotts, Harry the Hypnotist (Which fans will recognise from "Bedlam in the Big Top"), and even Joseph Barbera himself, as well as Speed Buggy (Frank Welker). One complaint I had was that Velma's ever-changing voice has changed yet again, and this time sounds more whiney than ever. And of course, Don Messick is irreplacable, I'm afraid to say that Scooby's voice has changed drastically, although the similarity is recognisable.
