Curse of the Collar

A terrible dogcatcher returns at Scooby's family reunion. Supposedly, the ghost is brought back by Scooby's family collar, which Scooby is forced to wear. The real problems begin when Scooby's parents and Mrs. Knittingham, the old lady in charge of the puppy farm, are kidnapped by the ghost.
