You're probably sitting there wondering, What the hell is the "bad humor man"? Sounds kinda stupid! Let me reassure you that the title is named after the Ice cream company, and not the villain, in this episode. During a storm, Shaggy crashes the mystery machine into an Ice cream factory (Shaggy? Why would Fred let Shaggy drive?). However, it turns out it's not his fault. There is a whole pile of ice blocks on the road. Suspicious, the gang moves inside to investigate and seek shelter from the storm. However, their stay is interrupted by the Vanilla, Chochlate, and Strawberry Phantoms.
