The gang is seated at the hollywood bowl, listening to the music when the Neon Phantom appears, and cuts the electricity. Going to Sparkles, where the Phantom is reputed to haunt, they find he has eluded them again, going to the Chinese theatre to sabotage the opening of a new movie...Good stuff that could have been at least series two quality, but ruined by SCrappy
