Oh dear... What went wrong here? They must have run out of coffee at H-B Enterprises. A whole episode on SCrappy and his unbearably stupid puppy friends? What were they thinking? The story starts in New York, city of cities. The gang drops Shaggy, Scooby, and SCrappy off to see SCrappy's old neighbourhood. SCrappy quickly summons up two of his sickening childhood friends. While this is happening, two crooks spot Scooby and decide he would be a good dog to ransom. Capturing Shaggy and Scoob, it's up to SCrappy and his annoying friends to rescue them.
2/10...although it probably deserves a -2 for those sickening puppies. Ugh!
