How Far?

The following table lists some of the towns mentioned in "Here Come the Brides" and their approximate distances and direction from Seattle. In addition, I have found a source that indicates that horses and wagons could expect to travel approximately nine miles per hour. This of course, does not take into account rest time, road conditions, etc. but can be used as a general guideline.
