[Scene: Just after Joey spills her milkshake all over Victoria and Jen explains the cookie dough Ice cream story to her]

Dawson was sitting in his room pondering the reason's for Joey's actions today. *Why do I have all these strong feelings for Joey when I'm with Becca?* This and many similar thoughts filled Dawson's head. Suddenly Dawson heard the phone ring. He ran down stairs and picked it up on the 5th ring.
"Hello" Dawson picked the phone, hoping that it was Joey.
"Dawson, I'll be over there in about 10 minutes and the girls will be there at 8:00" Pacey said.Dawson looked at the clock it was 7:05.
"Uh, oh I completely forgot about going to the club with Becca and Victoria!! Sure come over. I'll be ready in no time. Come on over Pacey."
"Be there in a sec." Dawson heard a click and then a dial tone. Then, Dawson ran upstairs to take a quick shower.

~Jen's house~

"So can you come?" Jen was on the telephone with Joey.
"Um... I dunno, Jen. I kind of made a fool of myself earlier. I don't know if they would want me to come to the club with them."
"Don't worry. We are meeting them there it will be fine. You can come with me and Cliff and hopefully the problem with resolve itself."
"Ok. I'll be in the hotel lobby at 8."
"K, Bye, Jo."
"Bye, Jen"

~Dawson's house 7:55 pm~

"Come on Dawson women love guys in leather!" Pacey said laughing.
"Well they may love you in leather but not me! I am not leaving the house in these leather pants. You can make a complete fool of yourself but I refuse!" Dawson said knowing very well Pacey would convince him to wear the black, skin tight leather pants. Just then the doorbell rang.
"There they are Dawson, you are wearing them now get your ass downstaris before I drag you down there." The 2 leather clad guys ran downstairs to find Becca and Victoria waiting for them.
"Oh my God!!" The girls screamed in unison, before they started laughing hysterically.
"Lets go." Dawson said irritated with the girls for laughing.

~ At the 21 Club~

When the 2 couples arrived at the 21 Club the first people they saw were Jen, Cliff, and... Joey! The whole night Becca acted like a total bitch to Joey. She was always kissing Dawson right in front of her face.
"Becca, I have to talk to you," Dawson suddenly took a serious tone with Becca. He pulled her out the door of the club into the light of the full moon.
"I don't like the way you sound. What's wrong?"
"I don't know how to put this so I'm just going to come right out and say it........ I think we should see other people. I know things were going fine but I have these really strong feelings for Joey I can't ignore. I hope you understand." Dawson said all of this as quickly as he could trying not to make eye contact with her.
"Yea, I understand!" She screamed and ran off into the dark Massachusetts night. Meanwhile Pacey and Victoria were having a very intense discussion on the dance floor.
"Pacey, I didn't tell you but about a week ago I was preg..." Pacey cut her off.
"How?" Pacey said not remembering a time they hadn't used protection, "And what do you mean was..."
"That night at the Ruins you remember Pacey..." Her voice trailed off as she neared tears, "I had a miscarriage Pacey..."
"Ohmigod.. Why didn't you tell me?"
"Pacey I think we need to break up. I can't stay here anymore it's to hard for me." After uttering these words she slowly walked off the dance floor and didn't look back. Pacey decided to take a walk to the Ruins to clear his mind.
