An innovative form of fan fiction that I invented, video scripts are directions that one would use to film a music video. The entire process originated one Friday afternoon as I was listening to "Ain't Nobody" by Rufus, featuring Chaka Khan. I kept seeing Carrie and Mike, and other Salem inhabitants in my mind's eye as the song penetrated by brain and started to make a music video inside of my head. I wrote down what I remembered of it and made a webpage for it. Others soon followed. |

The most important thing about a video script is that it must tell a story as well as match the lyrics and instrumentals of the song. Not just any song can be scripted for Mike and Carrie, and I myself choose to do only the songs that appeal to my interpretation of their relationship. |
