The pyrokinetic?

• Mikuro: An ESPer to the rescue! Mikuro shows up to help in the fight against Rin/Shion. He's exremely powerful with his psychic powers, as well as knowledgeable about them. However, he's still beaten back. Doesn't really have too much of a role, but is sort of an undercover superpower.

• Ryo: Ryo of Wildfire. As his name implies, he controls the powers of fire. He's pretty much the leader of the Ronin Warriors, since he's the one who gets to wear the special white Inferno armor when all their powers join. He also has a pet tiger. Doesn't really have an extreme personality, but he's sort of a jack-of-all-trades in the personality department.

General Commentary: I must say, I really like this guy's voice! He just sounds so cool! Both Mikuro and Ryo have the same sort of attitude, so it's hard to make fun of any blatent differences. I know he's also Laocorn in Fatal Fury, but I have yet to actually see that (which is why the table is rather lacking for that show).
