The computerized bishounen warlord from the moon who steals underwear?

• Zarbon: A blue/green alien guy with an Australian accent. One of the few bishounen-looking guys in the Dragonball series. But, looks can be decieving, since he also has the ability to turn himself into a big ugly monster.
  Voice Clip: "I don't care about those two, Vegeta. All I want to know is: What did you do with the rest of the dragon balls? You can either tell me, or you can tell Frieza."

• Shion: A scientist from the moon who is the only survivor of a plague that wipes out the rest of the base, including his true love (aww). Goes kinda wacky in the head and ends up dying later than everyone else, so is still a kid when all the reincarnated people meet again.
  Voice Clip: None yet

• Happosai: The panty-stealing master of the Tendo Dojo. Is about one foot tall, half of his height being his head. He's impossible to get rid of, and constantly shows up to annoy everyone/steal their underwear.
  Voice Clip: "What, you think just cuz I like to steal womens' underwear that I'm some kind of unfeeling monster?"

• Matrix: The grown-up version of Enzo. He travels through differesnt systems via games to find his way back home. Sort of a loner, but has a nifty gun, which has its targeting mechanism located in his false eye. Big, mean, and green... but he can be nice.... when he wants to be.
  Voice Clip: "I'm tired of waiting for things to happen. And I'm tired of these stupid games! We've been living like viruses, infecting games and systems. This has to end; we're taking control! The search for Mainframe, and Bob, begins now."

• Anubis: Begins the show as one of the four Dark Warlords sent to enslave the earth. Later, the Ancient totes him off after a battle and convinces him to be a good guy. Anubis shows up later in the series, and has taken the place of the Ancient, so acts as the Ronin Warriors' guide. Then he ends up dying (you know the rule. Any bad guy who switches sides dies).
  Voice Clip: "We, small boy, are the four Dark Warlords who serve the emperor Talpa. I am their leader, Anubis, master of cruelty."

General Commentary: This guy is in the most shows on my list. Actually, he may be in every single one of them, but I haven't gotten firm proof of his roles in Fatal Fury or Beast Machines as of yet. He seems to have two distinct voices: high (Anubis, Happosai), and low and evil (Matrix, Zarbon, Shion). He's definitely got a cool voice, and voices a lot of my favorite characters in various shows. However, there's just something wrong with Anubis and Happosai being the same person...
