The old gold mining town of Cripple Creek, Colorado has found new life as a gambling town. It also features a steam train that takes you on a short trip through the hills and valleys of the old mining claims around this town nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The steam from the boilers also powers the whistle on the train, which is used to signal movement of the train, and to sound warnings along the way.
