The railway station on Avenue Prince Pierre is located very close to both the youth hostel and the Fontvieille shopping center. It is run by France's SNCF and is in every way an integrated part of the french railway network. It has got a tourist desk with good FREE MAPS in it.

Trains: International direct connections. Direction Menton (10FF) every 10 min, direction Ventimiglia-Italy (20FF) every 25 min, direction Nice (20FF) every 20 min.
The closest airport is Aèroport International Nice-Côte d'Azur six kilometers west of Nice city centre. It is France's second busiest airport and most major airways go there.
To go there: TN Bus no. 23 (10FF) 6am - 8pm every 20-30 min from the train station, Blvd de Gambetta, Rue de France or Place de la Californie.
