OBJECTIVE STATEMENT
To provide a core of trained personal to staff the various kitchens of [name of business ] Hotels who have been grounded in
the basic fundamental culinary techniques of working with food
products, and therefore have the potential to:
- Return a profit from their productivity
- Contribute to keeping [name of business ] Hotels competitive by
insuring a motivated and competent staff through
continuing and on going development.
HOW TO ACHEIVE STATED OBJECTIVE
Through the application of the following
training manual which utilizes a concept
we will refer to as R.A.F. or; READY/AIM/
FIRE, the required "core staff" should be
available as required and processed.
