Hi! Just a little about me. I am presently living in Lakeland, FL. I am 5'3" tall and approximately 120 lbs. My age has never been known...*g*... I have 3 beautiful, wonderful kids...grown, who still occasionally give me headaches...*g*...(it never REALLY ends!). But at least now, they go home! They have given me 5 gorgeous grandchildren, also...(egads!! they made me somebody's grandmother!) And the last two were little twin girls born on August 5,1998!! Courtesy of my youngest daughter, Sherry ..geez, I got hit 'twice'!!...all at once!!...*grin* ...however if you click on my WEDDING PICTURE, you will see that I was married when I was EXTREMELY young! *heh heh*...)
I got my computer in Jan. of 96. I was completely computer illiterate, except for how to get to a chat room and talk. I think I have learned alot in the last year, but the learning never stops. Although I still find time to chat, I am spending more and more time working with the computer, especially trying to be creative with my web pages.
My other interests include walking for exercise and mental and emotional relaxation (I do my best thinking then!), going out to eat and enjoying 'happy hour' and great conversation with Ron , my husband . We also take numerous trips to certain beaches in our area and other points of interests.
I love to write poetry and have a sampling of my poetry on this web site. Writing has helped me in both the greatest and darkest moments of my life. I hope you will go to my Poetry Page and get from it all that I have tried to convey.
I have just found country music (which I used to detest and now listen to almost exclusively). I took a trip in Sept. 96 to Dallas, Texas. There I met a group of chatters I had become friends with in a wonderful chat room... The Gathering.
I had one of the most exciting times of my life as you can see by going to my Texas Scrapbook.
