In the Spring of 1983, a Seaboard local wanders up the old SAL route out of Orlando, heading towards Apopka, Taveres, and beyond. Today this line is owned by Florida Central.
Kaley Yard, Orlando we find one of Seaboard's unique BQ23-7's. Only 10 were built, all for SCL. The idea was to have a larger cab, due to the reduction in use of caboooses. Spring 1983.
