OSCAR AND FRIENDS

Time flies

The earth moves

Those are laws of nature

Things change every second

But the hard core of true friendship won't

Is it true?

Separation weakens relationship

Believe or not?

Reunion keeps people together

Do people reunite solely for friendship or for other purposes?

Today, I watched a Korean film "Chingu." The English translation of the film is friends. Surely, the film is about how friendship was built, destroyed and rebuilt among four guys. In the beginning, the film described how they started the relationship in high school. Then, the film mentioned how changes in lives affect their friendship. At almost the last 20 or 30 minutes, two of them becamse leaders of different mafias. At the last few scense, one guy killed another only because of the humuliation of the mafia. Of course, he regretted to do that. He was in jail after the murder.

In these 22 years, I have made uncountable number of people. However, how many are still in touch? In my case, my best friends were made after I went into highschool. It has been 10 years since my first highschool day. In my case, I felt these 10 years passed very quickly. What the discipline master said in the first day of school is still in my heart. Some of my friends are really long time friends (9 or 10 years). Some are made very lately (1 or 2 months). However, time does not deal much with the foundation of relationship. Instead, I believe, the fate between you and other person contributes most.

Today, I write this friends' page. The motivation is to bring all memories (no matter good or bad) we had before our faces change in the realistic world. If this day comes, I hope we can still think of these memories while our interests are conflicting.

"The world is changing, but the love and relationship are still there. Our stories will be saved in our hearts forever."-- from "I have a Date with Spring"

"Whenever you are resented, I'll always be in you side."-- from "Chingu"

"There is no sorry between friends." --from "Chingu"
