CHICKEN DO PYAZA

Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut into pieces
- 250 gramms of onions sliced
- 3/4 cup of ghee
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 green cardamoms
- salt and chille powder to taste
Method
- Heat ghee and fry the onions until golden.
- Add the chicken and all the other ingredients and fry till rich brown in colour.
- Add enough water to cook the chicken, continue to cook until tender and dry.
