Ingredients
- 1 chicken about 1KG cut into pieces
- 250 gramms onions minced fine
- 250 gramms tomatoes chopped fine
- 1/2 cup of natural yoghurt
- 1/2 bunch of corriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 bunch of mint leaves chopped
- 100 gramms of spinach leaves cut fine
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp corriander powder
- 4 green chillies minced
- 1" ginger minced
- 1 cup of ghee
- salt and chilli powder to taste
Method
- Heat ghee and fry the onions until golden.
- Add chicken and all the other ingredients and stir well.
- Cook on a high heat for 5 minutes, then turn down heat and cook until the chicken is cooked and dry.
