Everyone who was a resource person had their chance at explaining various
aspects of the details of the agreement. In the end we decided that
the agreement was simply too detailed. Going into the 'nitty-gritty'
was pointless. The larger picture was what was needed. Also
a less formal setting would prove more comfortable for the attendees.
