Uncle Chang's Restaurant still carry the Chinese tradition to the detail, such as the facade treatment and the quality of foods. The traditional Chinese roof facade makes itself appealing to the contemporary shopfronts of the adjacent restaurants and cafes. The interior is zoned into 2, 4, 8, 10 seating to cater different groups of diners, such as couples, families or small groups. The food is prepared deliciously and patiently to express the essence of traditional Chinese cuisine. The dishes are fresh, fabulous in taste and texture.
