Anime RPG allows for the use of psychic powers through two different systems.
The first system is a strictured form of psionics, and creates characters that, while very versatile, aren't overly powerfull.
The second system is more makeshift, and explains psionics as Control of Elements, and creates characters that are specialized, but very powerfull in their field.
