RULES

METHODS OF TRAINING

There is two methods of training: Power Level and Technique

You may only train with one method every 5 minute periods.

This means that if you train with Power Level for a 5 minute period, you may be allowed to train in either with Power Level or train under another method until the next 5 minute period ends.

So if I begin training and do power level training, I would have to wait until my five minute period ends to make the choice to continue my power level or stop to begin the technique method of training for the next five minute period.

You increase your Power Level by 1000 every 5 minutes unless another location modifies this rule.

Another location that alters the rule above must be authorized by the authorities of this rpg.

TECHNIQUE TRAINING

You may chose to work on any one move you know

You may only train with one move per 5 minute period for technique training

You increase a moves technique by 100 every 5 minutes unless another location modifies this rule.

Another location that modifies the rule above must be authorized by the authorities of this rpg.

When you are training technique for a single move, this process is called "Mastering".

In order to Master a move, you must reach the required amount of technique to gain for the move.

Only moves that you have mastered through technique training can be used in spar's or for fights.

You must keep track of the technique for each move.

some moves will require you to improve its technique to learn new moves

When you gain enough technique to learn a new move such as the chube kamehameha, I would have to gain the required amount.

Gaining the required amount would mean that you have just mastered that move.

Once you have mastered a move, there is not additional technique needed to gain for THAT move.

Learning moves

Some moves can be mastered through technique training without having to learn it from a teacher.

A move that requires you to be taught it cannot be mastered unless you have been taught it by a teacher who can teach it.

When you are training technique for a single move, this process is called "Mastering".

In order to Master a move, you must reach the required amount of technique to gain for the move.

Only moves that you have mastered through technique training can be used in spar's or for fights.

You must keep track of the technique for each move.

You can ONLY focus on one move at a time when improving technique.

You cannot gain technique for multiple moves. Each move has different technique. Technique can be compared to skill. Each skill for every move would be different. You can only gain an increase in technique for only ONE move per five minute period unless otherwise given.

LIFE

Your Power Level will count for your current amount of life.

You die when your power level reaches zero.

Energy Level

This is practically the same as power level except it only works for one thing: The Scatter rule(See bottom of the rules page)

Any energy that is temperarily lost or scattered from you is to be added to your energy level.

Your energy level can be looked as "A hidden power level".

When you use a move that uses scattered energy or energy temperarily lost, you would use all your energy from the energy level for that gain of power. Your energy level would then reset to zero because you have no energy level left.

DEALING DAMAGE

You deal Attack Damage

You take an amount of Power Level and convert it into Damage for an attack.

You are allowed to double your attack damage.

You double the damage you deal and only take off the original amount. This means that if I invest 1000 AD (Attack Damage) into an attack, I would be allowed to double it for 2000 AD. However, I would only lose 1000 since It is the original amount. If you have 10 000 PL, you will be allowed to deal say 12 000 and lose 6000 or double your whole PL for AD but if you did that you would kill yourself because you would have no PL left.

Any damage you take you subtract it from your own Power Level.

DYING & DEATH

You may only come back to life through the dragonballs twice in the WHOLE rpg.

You may go to the hospital three times after death.

Villians cannot go to the hospital when they die and can only be wished back using the dragonballs.

In order to come back to life, you must perform a special task given out to you by King Kai.

You cannot train when you die unless permitted.

FIGHTING ROUNDS

You have a total amount of three blocking rounds in a fight.

They block out all damage dealt to you.

DODGING ROUNDS

You have a total amount of two dodging rounds in a fight.

They allow you to dodge an attack  dealt to you.

POWER ROUNDS

You have a total amount of three power rounds in a fight.

  SUPER FIGHTER BATTLES

If a Super Fighter enters the chat room and just appears and doesn't do anything then you can still run away or fly off.

If a Super Fighter decides to fight you or begin a fight then you cannot escape till it ends.

If you lose a Super fighter fight but are still alive, you must go to the hospital and make sure your name shows up on the side bar.

If you die against a Super Fighter, then you can still go to the hospital or try to come back to life using the dragonballs.

  SCATTERING

When you have the scatter effect, it scatters the PL you lost temperarily.

Scattered PL is the same as the energy stat.

Scattered Power Level can be regained through moves that gather it up and so forth.

You must keep track of all the Power Level that you have scattered.
