| Okay, so it's pathetic. But I had to do it. I had to share the many reasons that Trey is so wonderful and adorable. Psychotic, maybe. Silly, yes. Love, not yet. |
| "We begin...". He's told the story a million times. Yet, he always seems to be telling it for the first timeLike he's even intriguing himself. How cute is it when he points to their illegal wood-burning stove and demonstrates where the extension cord snakes out the window. I've seen is sooo many times but I still get excited when he starts shooting "without a script." His reaction to the message his mother is leaving. "The Power Blows." That's all I have to say. The electricity he brings to "Rent". The way he and Manley get up in each other's faces when they sing. How cute it was when at one of the shows I went to he got confused and said "dubumped" because he started to say dumped first. The adorable look on his face when he's watching Angel in "Today 4 U." The tango- need I say more? I have to say more- when he throws the scarf into his mouth and reaches his hand out. Definitly the best part. Fuckin- absoulutely nobody can make the word fuckin sound that cute His entrance into "Life Support" "oops!!" too cute! His innocence when the "blanket person" goes off on him His swaying in Santa Fe His jump on to the table during his eulogy (imagine if he missed!) "starving for attention" he gets right in Maureens face! His impression of toto including crawling, lifting his leg up to pee and even barking. "The opposite of war isn't peace....it's creation." I love that pause! How he's write there to give Roger his coat. The way he makes sure he looks at everyone in the audience during "Seasons of Love". His cute look as he foolishly carries around a mock padlock door. How he stops Roger from leaving in "Happy New Year B" How he didn't miss a beat when he knocked over the pay phone while singing. "Me? I'm here. Nowhere." Awwww, I'll take him home with me!! The way he delivers his memorial for Angel. "Halloween." That's all that needs to be said. The way he tries to be peacemaker in "Goodbye, Love". "Perhaps it's because I'm the one of us to survive." Chills...every time. The sad look on his face as he imagines himself with Buzzline Trey and Manley together for "What You Own." That's where it's at. "I quit!" Cheers! No more Alexi Darling! He can work on his own again! The way he runs down to get Mimi up the stairs instead of Roger. How he's the one to lead everyone back out for a second bow, jumping all over the place! How gracious and sweet he is when asked for a picture by a goofy, overly-excited fan like myself. Like an idiot, I ran up to him as he walked away and grabbed his coat. He turned around and I mumbled something like, "Could I get a picture with you- you're my favorite!" How embarassing. But he just smiled and said of course, ready? After the picture he wished me Happy Holidays and he was totally sincere. Soooo sweet!! |
