You knock on the door to Crisma's living area and Frin trills that she's brought a visiter.  A shorter trill of another fire lizard answers Frin yet no one comes to the door. After a few minutes of waiting, you turn the doornob and walk in.  For a moment you think you're in a runnerbeast barn.  There are riding saddles of every type all over the place.  Hanging on the walls are not weaved or panted tapasties but halters and sets of reins along with the odd weaving of a racing runnerbeast.  Woven blankets that look like they're ment for runners lie on a small bed in the corner of the room.  On the pile of blankets a little bronze fire lizard sits watching you with purple whirling eyes.

Frin chitters at him and his multi-fasited eyes whirl green mixed with blue.  He chirps back and lies down and seems to fall sleep. You turn to see a desk at the far side of the room.  It is made from a red wood, as is the chair next to it.  To the right of the desk is a double door,  the top left open for a duel perpouse.  To let light into the room and to let the breeze outside come in to circulate the air in the room. The noon day sun shines down through the window and onto the desk where you now notice that it's clutered with paper and writing hides. You pick up a peice of paper and find that it's addressed to the visiters of the room and read it out loud to yourself and Frin.

To the visiters: Sorry I could not greet you in person.  I'm most likely out back training my chestnut runner, Chanty or Tambo's silver racing runner, Nataka.  I'm happy you desided to drop by.  If you'd like you can come out to the padocks and watch us train but I might not be able to do much talking with you so I'll tell you a bit about myself here.  I'll tell you more if I have the time. My name is Crisma and I'm a jockey... yeah I know you don't see many female jockeys but I'm told I'm one of the best.  I was born into a family where for generations we've been riders, either runner riders or dragon riders.  I was never searched for being a canidate at a weyr though my older brother was.  In fact he's probably the one who convayed you, C'fron green Trith's rider.  I have other syblings yet all of them are younger than me, the oldest being 18.  I don't have much in common with my family other than riding and runners, that's why I moved out and moved to this cothold. As you can see by my walls, when I'm not training and or riding runners I weave pictures of them and make blankets for them for those cold night durring the winter season down here or for putting under the saddle so they don't get as much rubbing on their back from them. I have three pets, a runner and two fire lizards.  I just bought my runner, Chanty, from Delaway Hold, just a sevenday or so before Tambo bought Nataka.  So I still have to train her a bit.  When she gets older I'm going to use her to visit my brother at Talor Cliff Weyr or go any where else I need to go.  I'm also training her to be a jumper.  Not only that but I've been talking to Tambo about us hosting jumper contests.  If he doesn't agree with it at least Chanty will know how to jump.  She's no racing runner but she's still pretty. As for my fire lizards, my brother C'fron gave them to me as a gift shortly before he impressed Trith.  I have a green named Frin who thinks and acts more like a gold, even tries to boss green dragons around, and I have a bronze named Scorch, he's a bit of the lazy type. You put the paper down and pick up a few writing hides that are near by relizing quickly that it's Crisma's and her fire lizard's stats with a note that Chanty's stats are outside.  You look at them.
