These simulations have been researched and recovered by many people throughout the known universe, and have put much effort into each successive 'project'.

These ROMs and Emulators are not on my web space. Neither Geocities or I are responcible for the misuse of anything on this page.

Also, the ROMs on this page are on the server space of Jim Maxlow, creator of the BEST PS page on the net, The PS Pages! Likewise, neither he or his server is responcible for the misuse of the ROMs on this page.

It is illegal to keep a ROM for more than 24 hours if you do not own the cartridge!!!

Because the ROMs are on his server space, here is the direct disclaimer/discription presented on his page:

"Emulation is the process of making your computer simulate the workings of another... in this case,simulating a Sega Genesis unit or a Sega Master System unit. With the files below, you can play thePS games on a PC. Be warned, however, that it is illegal to have a copy of a Phantasy Star gameROM that you do not currently own in cartridge form. Emulators

These programs are the things that run the ROM images. All of them are for DOS.

ROMS

These are not on my server. I have been warned the it may be quite slow at times. Myself, Jim Maxlow or our respective servers are responsibe for the misuse of any of these ROMs. If you have any problems with these ROMs, please conact me.
