John Weldsey had a perfect childhood. That is, his parents went great lengths to make sure that everybody else thought that the family was in perfect harmony. But when both parents always was away, working, and left their child with the TV or some new toy their only child soon grew tired of always being neglected, so he gradualy became more and more involved with so called bad company. But, as opposed to many other, he didn't need to prove himself or commit a lot of crimes. He was only in it for one thing: the thrill and the possibility to have fun. Furthermore he never tried drugs, only relying on the adrenaline rush when entering a fight or breaking inte some large company. So, one day when he and some other boys were breaking into a large factory building they were discovered and soon the police were all over the place. Cornered, John tried to find a good hidingplace, but failed. As the mace-grenades was coming in from all sides he looked up and saw an open window, six meters up. Instinctively he flew up and through the window. Amazed he landed on the roof and started laughing. He had fooled them. Now, if these powers stuck with him, he could have some serious fun. Since then he made himself a costume, took the name Blizzard, and went out on the streets to have fun. Unfortunately there are some individuals who disaproves what he does, but if he can humiliate some superheroes while having fun, so much the better. Blizzard, rarely kills, but has no quarrels about doing so, if he find it necessary. Otherwise he prefers using his whirlwind to disturb his opponents and also uses his speed to confuse them. Then, when he gets tired of playing around, he uses his frostjet to finish the fight.
