Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers is not a great master piece on the matter of graphics nor soundtracks. In this sense, is a humble game without big aspirations. But what actually results fascinating of this adventure is the story, the riddles, the surprising logic of the actions. From my point of view, is one of the most logical games and, at the same time, one of the most difficult I've ever played to. Although this seems contradictory, it is not. Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers is a very difficult game, but also a very addictive one. In exchange, it doesn't happen the same with its second part, Gabriel Knight 2: the Beast Within, that pretends to dazzle the player with digitalized images, but it moves away from the essence of the first one. ![]() ![]() |
