After months of portraying Goldust, Dustin Runnels’ career and life changed dramatically. Dustin burned his Goldust
attire and found his salvation—encouraging everyone to make the right choices. He even reportedly tried to reconcile with his wife Terri, who he had walked out on a few months before. But Terri craved the Hollywood spotlight again, and found it standing next to Adult Film Star Val Venis!
Dustin warned us that "He" was coming back, though it was unclear who "He" was. When it appeared that Dustin’s life
could not fall any further, and he watched his wife appear as Val Venis’ latest co-star, "He" made his return in the form of Goldust!
In the process of encouraging everyone to make the right choices, Dustin may have convinced himself that Goldust was
the best choice for him. Professionally, he was most successful as the eccentric superstar—twice capturing the Intercontinental Championship—and, perhaps most importantly, he had his wife at his side.
Goldust has recently wanted some head in his life, in the form of Al Snow's mannequin head. Goldust "head-knapped" the wooden head and painted it in his image.
The Bizarre One has also had his share of problems with the Blue Meanie, who has renamed himself Blue Dust in
Goldust's honor or dishonor.
