Earth Spells


Attack Spells


Rocksling - Costs 2 mana. Targets a unit. The spell causes 1/4 the caster's level +3 damage.


Earth Bind - Costs 2 mana. Targets an Air unit. Target takes 3 points of damage.


Slow - Costs 4 mana. Targets a unit. The target unit's combat speed is decreased.


Entanglement - Costs 4 mana. Targets non-flying unit. Target may attack and cast spells but may no longer move.


Sands of Sleep - Costs 8 mana. Targets a unit. All unit within the area of effect are put to sleep until attacked.


Turn to Stone - Costs 10 mana. Targets a unit. If level is greater than target's level +3, the target can not move or attack.

Defense Spells


Stone Hands - Costs 2 mana. Targets a unit. Target gain +3 attack.


Stone Skin - Costs 2 mana. Targets a unit. Target gain +3 armor.


Earth Meld - Costs 8 mana. Target friendly unit. Unit removed from combat and returns to overland map.


Create Rocks - Costs 4 mana. Targets a location in combat. Rocks sprout from the ground at the target location, impeding movement and blocking line of sight.

General Spells


Teleport Artifact - Costs 2 mana. Target a Capital or building. Any unwielded artifact the caster is carrying are teleported to a unit at the targeted location.


Poultice - Costs 4 mana. Affects a party. The party recovers an additional hit point when not moving over the next 3 turns.


Dispel Magic - Costs 4 mana. Targets an enchantment. The spell is dispelled if the caster's level is greater than or equal to the enemy spellcaster's level.


Detect Air - Costs 4 mana. The location of any Air unit within ten tiles of the caster is revealed.

Overland Spells


Trailblaze - Costs 2 mana. Targets a party. The targeted party's move is increased by 25%.


Ranger's Vision - Costs 2 mana and the caster's remaining movement points. The caster's sight radius increases by 3 +1/3 level.


Detect Cave - Costs 4 mana. The undiscovered dungeon which is closest to the caster is revealed.


Gold Rush - Costs 4 mana. Targets a Capital. Capital produces an additional 1 +1/3 level of gold every turn.


Clay Earth - Costs 8 mana and raises the elevation of the target location.


Earthquake - Costs 12 mana. Targets a party on the overland map. All targeted units take 4 +1/4 level damage.
