Sound- 8 out of 10- The sound in this game is nothing to cheer about, but it's better that the graphics. There's some pretty good sounds for smoke screen and missiles, among other things.
Replay Value- 8 out of 10- The replay value is just average. But you can put your own cities in to race. There're also many different scenarios.
Overall- 5 out of 10- This game is horrible. Just don't buy it. The scenarios are way to hard.
