Beat the game with Guan Yu, Zhang Fei and Zhao Yun. Then at the character selection screen, press Left.
Beat the game with all characters except Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, and Zhao Yun.
Beat the game with Zhuge Liang and Cao Cao.
Enable Zhuge Liang, Cao Cao, and Lu Bu. Then at the title screen in the North American version of the game, quickly press Down(2), Right, Up, Circle, Triangle, R1, R2.
Enable Lu Bu. Then at the title screen, quickly press Square, Up, Triangle, Down, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Now Nobunaga will be located to the right of Shun Shang Xiang. For the Japanese version of the game, at the title screen, quickly press Square, Up, Triangle, Down, X. Then at the character select screen, press L1 or R1. This character has basically the same attacks as Lu Bu.
On the one player battle screen, quickly press Left(2), Up, Down, Triangle, Square, L1, R1. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Now choose this character (a girl) on the character select screen, by pressing L1 or L2.
