If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of the bell. Now highlight the third wrestler listed (Commandant; Keiji Muto in the Japanese version), and press Select.
At the title screen, press L1, L1, L2, R2, R2, R1, Triangle, Down, X, Up, Select. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of the bell. Now highlight the tenth wrestler listed (Agent Orange; Tenzan in the Japanese version), and press Select.
At the title screen, press Up, Down, Left, Right, Triangle, X, Square, Circle, L1, R1, L2, R2, Select. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of the bell. Now highlight the eleventh wrestler listed (El Temblor; Kanemoto in the Japanese version), and press Select.
