First, Second, and Third in command cannot be promoted regularly.
Advisors cannot be promoted OR demoted except by the leader.
Colnols cannot be promoted except in special occurances. They, however, can be demoted.
2nd Colnels can be promoted to Colnel if they turn in two well-done creative pieces.
Majors will be promoted if they turn in two creative pieces. Depending on the quality they will become either 2nd or 1st Colnol.
Captains will be promoted to Major if they turn in one well-done creative piece, and to 2nd Colnol if they turn in two.
Leutenants must turn in one creative piece to advance to the next Leutenant level. Two pieces are required to advance from 1st Lt. to Captain.
Cadets must turn in one piece to advance.

Now for what you've probably been wondering.
What exactly is considered a "creative piece?"
OK. That's just a generic term. A creative piece can be one of the following:
Fan Fic guidelines:
This club supports three things, mainly: Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy Three, and the ever so wonderful Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon: Another Story. Fan fics on any of these are accepted, as well as any other SNES RPG. They must be sent to me in either .txt format, or .html format. NO HENTAI.
Fan Art guidelines:
Fan Art can be on anything, as long as there is no Hentai, and no offensive material in the drawings. When you draw something, please sign it (Your online name is fine) so I can make more sure you did it. Patchwork art is acceptable, and so is abstracto-stuff.
Homemade MIDI guidelines:
The music can be anything. Please try to keep the file size 600 KB or under, otherwise you must store it on your own server. Don't just turn in a MIDI you find, most likely you'll get caught.
Poetry Guidelines:
The only guidelines are no Hentai and nothing offensive.
Demotion
You'll get demoted if you're rude, vulgar, etc. Also there's a regular demotion if you are not seen nor heard from. (Your original rank will be restored if you report in.)
And of course, being demoted from Target Drone will get you kicked out.
