Dragons evolve in *real* battle. You can train them to get strong enough through training and wild battles, but only in a real battle against the opponent can the dragon turn into a stronger kind.
Class: Young Dragon Prefered Alignment: Any Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Bite Middle Row: 1 X Bite Back Row: 1 X Bite Stats: Basic Aww, isn't it cute? No? Looks like an overgrown rat, you say? Can't wait until it turns into something with use? Okay. This is your young dragon. Depending upon alignment and type, it will turn into something special. Class: Red Dragon Prefered Alignment: Neutral Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Bite Middle Row: 1 X Bite Back Row: 1 X Fire Breath Stats: Requires a good STR and AGI. Keep him in the front row. He's got quite a bit of strength behind him, and Fire Breath would be more useful if it wasn't only one per turn. Stick with him. If you want him to turn into his ultra form, keep his alignment neutral - keep it away from lawful or chaotic. Class: Blue Dragon Prefered Alignment: Neutral Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Bite Middle Row: 1 X Bite Back Row: 1 X Breath of Cold Stats: Requires a good MEN and DEX. The Blue Dragon, while by no means weak, is the least durable of all the stage 2 dragons. However, he tends to have a higher dodging ability and a slightly better resistance to magic. Don't bear this in mind when looking for dragons, though - he's pretty much just like his cousins. Class: Thunder Dragon Prefered Alignment: Neutral Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Bite Middle Row: 1 X Bite Back Row: 1 X Thunder Breath Stats: Requires a good AGI and DEX. Not bad. It tends to get off attacks quickly and dodges pretty darn well. However, it's quite possibly the hardest dragon to change... however, it turns into the, if not best, one of the. Class: Earth Dragon Prefered Alignment: Neutral Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Bite Middle Row: 1 X Bite Back Row: 1 X Acid Armor Stats: Requires a good VIT and MEN. I don't tend to use these guys a whole lot, but hey, whatever floats your boat, bay-bee. Like all of the other second-form dragons, a pretty good fighter whose stats are improved with a Dragon Tamer or Master in the group. Class: Platinum Dragon Prefered Alignment: High Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Bite Middle Row: 1 X Bite Back Row: 1 X Sacred Breath Stats: Requires a good VIT, INT, and MEN. Stronger that the other dragons, but not by much, this is any Young Dragon with a high alignment and good stats. It's powerful, but it's final stage thingy Dragon doesn't put ailments on the opponent. Check out Bahamut for more details. Class: Black Dragon Prefered Alignment: Low Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Bite Middle Row: 1 X Bite Back Row: Rotten Breath X 1 Stats: Requires a good STR and INT. Oh, yeah! An evil dragon, and one of my favorites. This one tends to evolve quickly (probably because he'll probably be in a high level group, as the higher the level of your groups, the lower their alignment will be), and become a very, very powerful dragon. Plus, Dragon Tamers have a somewhat wide range, so it won't be *too* hard to evolve her into a Dragon Master if she's in a chaotic group. Class: Flarebrass Leveled up from: Red Dragon Prefered Alignment: Neutral Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Fire Breath Middle Row: 2 X Fire Breath Back Row: 2 X Crimson Note Stats: Requires a great STR and AGI. Look! Look! Wow! Fire Breath, twice! All stats, mega! Sentences, bad grammar! Crimson note does a lot of Fire Damage in a kind of 'cross' - the entire middle row and the middle column gets hit a little less than three times as much as the four corners. As well, it might lower the overall power of a few opponents. I tend to keep him into the unprotected backrow (meaning that three guys will be bunched up on the other side - hope you have a good middle row attacker!). Class: Hydra Leveled up from: Blue Dragon Prefered Alignment: Neutral Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Breath of Cold Middle Row: 2 X Breath of Cold Back Row: 2 X Clear Disaster Stats: Requires a great MEN and DEX. My favorite dragon, this thing kicks butt. While it is *extremely* ugly, almost repulsize, to see the back of it, it makes up for its visuals by sheer... um... butt-kicklyness. This thing hits in a cross, described above... and get this. It can actually put some characters to *sleep*! Extremely useful. And powerful. Class: Quetzalcoatl Leveled up from: Thunder Dragon Prefered Alignment: Neutral Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Lightning Breath Middle Row: 2 X Lightning Breath Back Row: 2 X Radiant Gale Stats: Requires a great AGI and DEX. Also a very, very nice dragon with a very, very weird name. Radiant Gale hits in a cross, and can paralyze. If you don't want a Hydra, I suggest you get this or the Tiamat. But why not get all three? >:) Class: Ahzi Dahaka Leveled up from: Earth Dragon Prefered Alignment: Neutral Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Acid Breath Middle Row: 2 X Acid Breath Back Row: 2 X Earthquake Stats: Requires a great VIT and MEN. Not bad, not bad. It hits in a cross (surprised?), and tends to lower the power of opponents better than the Flarebrass. However, flying characters, like Hawkmen, Vultans, Faeries, and Angel Knights, will not be affected by this attack: Beware. Class: Bahamut Leveled up from: Platinum Dragon Prefered Alignment: High Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Sacred Breath Middle Row: 2 X Sacred Breath Back Row: 2 X Divine Ray Stats: Requires a great VIT, INT, and MEN. Very strong. The strongest of all dragons, and if its Divine Ray kills an undead character, it can't be revived no matter what, since that's a 'White' type of magic. However, unlike the other dragons, the Bahamut will not paralyze, or put to sleep, or decrease power - it will only cause damage. Beware. Class: Tiamat Leveled up from: Black Dragon Prefered Alignment: Low Attacks: Front Row: 2 X Rotten Breath Middle Row: 2 X Rotten Breath Back Row: 2 X Evil Dead Stats: Requires a great STR, INT, and DEX. Whoo! Evil Dead hits for a ton of damage, and puts enemies to sleep. As an added bonus, it's total eye candy - the special effects look great!
Head on back to the Rainy Circle.
