The Two Become One Spice Mining Droid was commisioned by Lando
Calrissian, to be made by Industrial Automaton, to harvest spice
in the Spice mines of Kessel.  It is completely black in color,
with rounded armor pieces that help to protect it from moisture,
as well as rocks, dust, and Spice spiders encountered in the
mines.  Because of the smooth curvy armor pieces, the TB1 has a
feminine quality to it.  Thusly, the TB1 droid has been nicknamed
the "Spice Girl", "Mel", and "Geri"  The spice is harvested,
placed in light proof cylinders, and placed in a light proof
compartment in its torso.
