1.) Web site advertised on banner must be BASIC programming oriented. (One paragragh out of the whole page won't cut it)
2.) Banner size cannot exceed: 468 pixels in width, 125 pixels in height, or 15 kbytes in size.
3.) Entire Banner must be visible on MAIN qbasic page, when page first loads, without having to scroll down, with a 640x480 screen.
4.) You may not alter the code used to display the banner.
5.) Banners may only be in GIF or JPEG file format.
6.) Sites will be checked regulary, any offences result in a warning e-mail, if problem is not resolved within a week, your banner will be removed from the network.
