Terraced seats
The terraced seats can't use at the match of the high division league. If you want to increase seats, you first may as well convert to seats.

Set Man-to-man markers
When you want to set Man-to-man markers by the Match View mode, it is necessary to wait until the play stops after pushing F1 key. But when you push down ESC key, you can immediately display Match Control screen.
Notes: You can't change lineup by this command.

Mr. ipgomes's tips
In the "Watch Mode" - When you confront a team who relies heavily on crosses to the penalty area, you should try to mark the players who make those crosses (usually they appear on the "man to man" screen as left backs or right backs) which fast and moralised players like your own left back or right back. If necessary, you should adjust their position on the tactics screen, to prevent their players to surprise you with a counter attack.

One of the most important things if your playing in the "Watch Mode" - A player in a good form is the best player of all. You can have a great, fit, moralised player on the pitch commiting succesive mistakes or doing nothing at all, or you can have a lousy player who just seems to get to every ball - the choice is yours; and that is why it's so important to pick your substitutes carefully, replacing the "distracted" players by some fresh ones. This is especially important when it comes to goalkeepers. If you pick the wrong keeper and you stick with him, you're doomed. Literaly.

Just two more tips regarding the "man to man" tactics: allways assign your best defender of the moment to mark the adversarie's most active forward. You can tell he's active when his shots constantly put your goalie to the test :-) Also, there is a typical attacking movement in this game, which takes place when the game starts (or restarts). The two players in the center of the field will pass to a midfielder, who will then try to dribble both the midfield and the defence of the adversary and then have a shot at goal. Players like MacMannaman (the best at this), Lennon from Leicester or Stone from Nottingham Forrest, if in good form, are bound to score. You should be prepared to take advantage of this, or to try and prevent your adversary from using it, assigning your best defender or defensive midfielder to mark their midfielder, exacly before their move.
